We have two locations: Our main Center – where almost all of our Services, Programs, Events and Lunches are based, as well as Our Friends House – where our Adult Day Services are located.
Center
The main Center of the Oceana County Council on Aging with its office and facilities is located at 4250 W. Tyler Rd. in Hart, Michigan.
From US 31:
- Take Hart exit (Exit 149) off US 31
- Turn on Polk Rd. to Hart Downtown and follow for ~ 1/2 mile
- Turn left on N 72nd Ave. and follow for about about a mile
- Turn left onto W Tyler Road on blinking light
- Across from Klotz Auto Parts, you will very soon see the driveway to the new Center on the right side
Our Friends House
In Our Friends House we provide exceptional adult day service in a home-like, safe and welcoming setting
From US 31:
- Take Hart exit (Exit 149) off US 31
- Turn on Polk Rd. to Hart Downtown and follow for ~ 2 miles to blinking light
- Turn left on State St. (Water St.) and follow through town (about 1.5 mile)
- After traffic light, turn right on Main St., follow for ~1/2 mile. Our Friends House facility on right
